Consulting
In this 90-minute video call, we will:
Establish your rental property goals
Identify your timeline
Conduct a walkthrough, either in person or virtually
Discuss style or theme ideas
Generate an inventory checklist to give you an idea of what is needed
Get your project on the calendar to move forward with sourcing
Sourcing
After our consultation call, our team gets to work. Give us 7-10 business days, and we’ll give you:
A design concept board for each space
Source furnishings based on your desired furniture quality
Reach out to our trade partners for the best pricing
Present our findings and give you the opportunity to comment
Finalize your design
Executing
Once your design is approved, the real fun begins. We take over from here and in as little as 4-6 weeks we can turn your property over to you complete with:
Agreed upon furnishings received, placed and photo-ready
Art hung, accessories placed, and any additional packages you choose procured and place (such as a fully stocked kitchen etc.)
Space photographed, complete with lifestyle images for the area
All packaging and waste removed
Ready to Rent!
