Depending on the size of your project, we will schedule a 90-minute to 2-hour meeting that can be conducted virtually or in-person to kick-start your vacation rental design journey.

Sourcing
Mood boards are more than just pretty pictures on a page, they are a roadmap to achieving the look you want. We have relationships with trade partners and wholesalers and can get you the most bang for your buck. With this phase you have two options:
Option One
$600 per board
We can provide you with a mood board for each space in your rental, including kitchen and bath areas and then if you’d like, you can take those boards and shop them yourself! We will provide you with links, directly from your boards and you can take over from there. This option is for those that want to take on the task of scheduling deliveries, coordinating install days, and staging the home for final photos. With this option you pay $600 per mood board and our work together comes to an end…until your next rental that is!
Option Two
$500 per board
With Option Two, you get the same mood boards, but you only pay $500 per board, because that will serve as a retainer for our services throughout the execution phase. Any payment we receive in this phase will be applied to your total cost at the end, and you will get white-glove service once we get your approvals on the design direction. We will purchase all your furnishings, coordinate shipping and delivery, and install everything getting it ready for photos and to be listed on your favorite vacation rental sites.
Executing
Good
This is for a more mid-tier, smaller rental. This package includes furnishings from places like Wayfair, Home Goods, and local furniture stores. This package is less of an investment up front, but may add cost in time needed for assembly.

Better
Meant for our mid-luxury properties, our better package will get you furnishings from stores like Pottery Barn, West Elm, and CB2. This could also include some trade-only sources that we will curate to fit within this price.
$24/ square foot
Best
If you’re wanting the best for your luxury rental, this package is for you. This investment level includes furnishings from trade-only sources, and stores like Restoration Hardware. This is a higher up-front investment, but will last longer, and demand higher nightly rates.
